Started awesome new self-portrait photo class today, and our first assignment/prompt was to take a picture of our feet. Can't wait to explore this over the next month!!

A poem.

Pink-gold early morning clouds herald the day.

The tiniest tumbleweed, wind-tossed skitters across the road.

A lone deer stands at the tree line.

The wind whistles mournfully through the staff entrance door.

And the scent of bergamot tickles my nose as my Earl Grey tea steeps.

Hello windy morning.

Back to work...

...and so busy. So brought home take out and ate it at the table so I could enjoy these awesome UK themed placemats my friend made me for Christmas!!

Then kicked back and worked on a scrapbook layout about my birthday.

Popsicles are brilliant for migraine days.
